This unique, one-on-one course is tailor-made to your individual needs. Based on our initial session I will provide you with effective, holistic tools to help you transform the way you move, and the way life moves through you.
You can choose between two modes of practice:

This initial face-to-face is just to establish what your specific needs and expectations are, go over your current health & fitness routine, and discuss any medical issues that may affect the training. We will talk about your motivation for taking a step towards transformation, as well as your goals and intentions.
TRAINING SESSION & ASSESSMENT
The first session always begins with postural assessment. Posture is the energy that you move through life with. It is an indicator not only of your physical makeup, but of your emotional state as well. (Link Posture Article) The core part of the practice is a mix of yoga and pilates designed to assess your strength, flexibility and alignment. This live session will give me a chance to get an understanding of your physical and energetical body, which is crucial for defining the direction I have to take when developing your bespoke training program.
CONCLUSION & GUIDELINES
This is where we talk about your experience, discuss core issues, and devise a strategy to help you transmute, transform and transition into the splendidly shining form of YOU. I will recommend workouts and practices to refine your physical self and instigate the changes you are seeking. This will constitute the core part of your homework for the next month or so.
Don’t be surprised if I suggest a little more than just a physical practice;) As you know, the body mind and spirit are inextricably connected. Therefore, when attempting to make lasting changes it is greatly beneficial to involve more than one part of our being.
You will also receive a pdf guide & monthly log to help you stay on track with your weekly training schedule, and monitor your progress. Once you feel like you’ve got a good grip on your first prescribed practice (at least a month, but feel free to take as long as you need) and wish to continue the journey of transformation, let me know and I’ll book you in for stage two:)
