I studied at the Shri Kali Ashram in India, one of the last traditional schools of Tantra Yoga. Body work has been a passion of mine from a very young age. Exploring a multitude of dance styles and improvisation techniques, I gained experience and a good understanding of the mechanisms that influence movement efficiency and on a fundamental level, also affect our health.

Yoga is to me a spiritual path. Pilates is the key to a healthy spine and the basis of safe, efficient movement in any situation. Dance is my joy.

My teaching style is based on rules of proper alignment and is designed to elicit correct posture and graceful movement. To ensure optimal results, I place great emphasis on technique and precision. My classes are constructed to teach mental discipline and spiritual awareness. Because only with the mind, body and spirit in harmony can we achieve health, a beautiful figure and true confidence.
