Eileen Ash is a great example of what a good diet and a positive outlook on life can do.
We all come up with hundreds of excuses to avoid doing something that is uncomfortable or demanding for us. Among them, age and lack of time usually dominate.
Well, this fantastic 105-year-old will embarrass us with her attitude … “There is no such thing as ‘I can’t’. I don’t understand people, they just give up so often” says the oldest living cricket player who drives a bright yellow Mini. today is alive to the fullest. She has been practicing yoga for 30 years and still does not know what morning stiffness is. A healthy diet and two glasses of red wine a day is her recipe for youth.
Eileen didn’t start practicing yoga until she was 70, and she is a prime example of how it’s never too late. This amazing lady is still wondering what it is like to feel old, and a wide smile accompanies her every day. What an inspiration!
